The 2424 Loft Project was the purchase, renovation, and a 10,000 square foot addition above of a building that was originally built as a car dealership in the 1940’s. The industrial structure lent itself to create true loft style apartments with vast open areas and ceilings, creating some of the most dramatic apartments in Washington DC. Photos » |
This project was a beautiful renovation of an already unique building built in 1911. The renovation included converting the original 30 units down to 18, a new parking garage beneath, and adding a penthouse level on top. In the end we successfully combined the buildings historic exterior and interior with modern styling’s and state-of-the-art comforts. Photos » |
