D. B. Lee Development, Inc. is a Washington, DC-based real estate development company focused on creating visionary projects that will make places more vibrant to live, work, and dine. Dennis Lee, founder and president of the company, has been developing properties for over 20 years.

DBLD acquires property, or works with existing owners in a joint venture capacity, and designs and builds unique, high-end living, working, and dining spaces that inspire people and improve the economic vitality and aesthetic of neighborhoods in the Washington, DC area.

We have five principles that guide our development work:
